Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
By using the service, a merchant authorizes Squadkin Commerce AI to connect the merchant's Shopify store and WhatsApp Business assets for the features the merchant enables.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant must own or be authorized to use connected Shopify and Meta assets, provide lawful customer consent, use approved WhatsApp templates where required, protect account access, provide accurate business information, and comply with applicable laws and Shopify and Meta policies.
Commerce and messaging
Shopify remains authoritative for products, prices, checkout, payment, tax, shipping, and orders. The platform does not collect card data or create payment transactions outside Shopify. Meta controls message delivery, pricing, limits, and account review.
Billing
The Squadkin SaaS subscription is selected and billed through Shopify. No functional free plan or Squadkin-managed trial is included unless Shopify's pricing page expressly shows one. WhatsApp messaging charges are a separate merchant-to-Meta cost paid directly through the merchant's WhatsApp Business Account. Squadkin does not hold a message wallet or Meta payment details. Cancellation, freeze, expiration, or uninstall stops new paid-feature processing as described in the app, subject to short technical reconciliation intervals.
Availability and restrictions
Provider APIs, webhooks, network access, and third-party review decisions can affect availability. We may suspend unsafe, abusive, unauthorized, fraudulent, or policy-violating use. Shopify remains authoritative for catalog, prices, checkout, payment, tax, shipping, and orders.
