Data Deletion Instructions

Use this page for Meta App Review and for merchants or customers who need to request deletion of data handled by Squadkin Commerce AI.

To request deletion, email support@squadkin.com with the Shopify store domain, the WhatsApp phone number or customer identifier involved, and a description of the data to remove. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or payment-card information.

What happens next

We verify the request to prevent unauthorized deletion, then disconnect provider credentials and delete or anonymize eligible merchant, customer, conversation, and usage data. We retain only information required by law or necessary to document the request, security event, or transaction.

Shopify privacy requests

Shopify customer and shop privacy webhooks are handled at the documented Shopify webhook endpoints. Requests may also be initiated through Shopify's merchant privacy tools. Meta account or WhatsApp platform data may additionally be subject to Meta's own privacy and deletion controls.

Response

We will acknowledge the request and communicate any verification or legal-retention requirements by email.
